Job Description
- Managing the marketing team in order to achieve marketing goals and KPIs.
- Identifying, developing and evaluating marketing strategies based on defined objectives and market characteristics.
- Establishing marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
- Developing and evaluating financial aspects of product development, return on investment and profit loss of projects, pricing strategies and customer’s satisfaction.
- Researching and analyzing market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Approving and monitoring the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, social media and other marketing-related projects
- Identifying weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop solutions through budgetary ideas
- Organizing trade shows, events, advertising, and/or email campaigns to drive awareness and new business
- P&L including all investment budgets
- Go-to-market strategy
- Execution excellence across all customer experience touchpoints
- Assortment and product, including direct management for products fulfilled from outside of Chapagha
- Customer needs analysis and competitive intelligence
- CRM, segmentation and personalization
- Site flow on web and mobile
- Pricing, discounting, promotionally
- Merchandising creative content
- Public relations, social media, influencers
- Content and creative
Requirements
- 5+ years of working experience as a marketing manager
- Familiar with Print Industry and eCommerce
- Bachelors/Master degree in marketing, business or strategy
- In depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts is compulsory
- Professional knowledge of marketing platforms including Google AdWords and Google Analytics
- Hands-on experience on managing marketing campaigns both online and offline
- Familiar with latest trends, technologies and methodologies in every related aspects.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Professional trend analysis skills
- Budget management and allocation
- Proven marketing experience for B2B and B2C audience and ability to deliver strong, measurable results
- In depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts
- Fluent in English
