Job Purpose: To conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions. The Marketing and Research Manager will identify market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for differentiation. Additionally, they will develop and implement the marketing strategy for the product.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities. This includes understanding the competitive landscape and the company's position within it.
  2. Customer Feedback: Organize and conduct customer feedback sessions during the product concept and supply development stage. Use this feedback to refine the product concept and ensure it meets customer needs and expectations.
  3. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the product. This includes positioning the product in the market, identifying target customers, and deciding on the best channels to reach them.
  4. Product Promotion: Develop and execute promotional campaigns for the product. This includes creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and tracking the performance of these campaigns.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Manage relationships with customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and gathering feedback.
  6. Collaboration with Product Manager: Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure the marketing strategy aligns with the product strategy and the company's overall goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Strong understanding of market research methods and marketing principles.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  3. Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  4. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  5. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
