Job Description

 


We are looking for a Teach Lead to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. We are growing with out products, if your are interested to work in the blockchain and cryptocurrency area that would be amazing to work with us.


 


Qualifications:

 


·        Masters in Computer Science or related fields


·        At least 3 years of experience as a Teach Lead or 3 years as a Senior Developer full stack or 3 years as a Technical/Product Manager


·        Experience in the blockchain and cryptocurrency is an advantage.


 


Roles and Responsibilities:

 


·        Head Hunting, Team Growth Management, Onboarding, Training and Management


·        Cybersecurity


·        Platform Selection and Technical Design


·        Technical Roadmap and Innovations and Support CEO with Product Vision and Market Timing


·        Overseeing Development teams, Track progress, Code review, Design and Implement Workflow Principles


·        Supervising Product Management Organization


·        Define and Develop the Architecture Supporting the Scalability and Live Data Handling


·        Recruit, Build, Develop, and Grow the Technical talent While Motivating and Monitoring them to Ensure Deadlines and Milestones


·        Fully involved in Product, Strategy, Vision, Design


·        Work with our UI/UX developer team to build a consumer-friendly application.


·        User Research Infrastructure


·        Product Analytics and Metrics

·        Nice to familiar with blockchain area and its concepts and projects and specially solidity language


·        Advanced Tech Skills like Micro services, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Django, FastAPI, React.js, CI/CD, RESTful, SOA, PostgreSQL, Redis, ELK & NoSQL databases, GraphQL,, versioning (e.g. Git))


 Under the agreement, your monthly salary will be paid to the highest amount and your salary will be paid in dollars
