Collaborating with the product owner to determine blockchain R&D goals
Develop applications in order to interact with blockchain.
Developing smart contracts for validating research hypotheses .
Educating sales personnel on blockchain features that allow secure digital payments.
Documenting blockchain R&D processes and complying with best practices in data protection.
Keeping up with current blockchain technologies and cryptography methods.

Blockchain Developer Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a developer.
Advanced proficiency in programming languages, such as Node js, Go and Python.
Solidity , web3 js and ether js development experience  at least 6 month . 
familiar with blockchain development tools such as truffel , hardhat , remix .
Extensive experience in back-end development, algorithms, and data structures.
Proficient in blockchain technical concepts, cryptography, architecting secure and distributed systems and having the ability to translate the architecture and design into actually working code
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Superb organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Understanding of EVM is a bonus.
Experience in launching full node is a bonus.
Hungry for learning more, become exceptional blockchain technical expert.
Attention to details, clean code and clear architectural designs.
Able to comfortably use English language for communication of technical concepts, both verbally and on writing.
