شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities 


  • Drive and lead design projects from start to finish
  • Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and other assets to help facilitate the design process
  • Create prototypes to test and validate assumptions on user behavior
  • Collaborate with product manager and software engineers on problem-solving and delivering solutions
  • Work with front-end engineering to deliver your designs to users of high quality
  • Observe current user behavior and make design suggestions to improve UX


Qualifications 




Prior experience in field product design.
In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
Proficiency in Sketch, Figma is preferred
Ability to clearly present design decisions and incorporate feedback
Familiarity with style guides, design thinking, typography, color theory, content strategy, information architecture, interaction design and UI specifications
Great time management skills

Motion graphics Big plus
