ABOUT THE JOB

We’re C1Tech, an Iranian modular technology pioneer specialized in Operating-Rooms and Clean-Rooms, currently looking for talented candidate.

YOUR MISSION

Your main responsibilities will lie in the:

Developing design concepts and plans: The architectural designer works closely with the client to understand their needs and preferences, and then develops design concepts and plans that meet those requirements.
Creating detailed drawings and models: The designer uses computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and 3D models of the building or structure, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Creating high quality 3D renderings of various spaces and products – exteriors/interiors of homes, doors with and without glass, etc.
Creating high quality 3D assets and materials for real time applications – virtual reality and augmented reality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Skilled at creating low to medium polygon models with efficient texture maps
Collaborating with other design professionals: The designer works closely with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure that the design meets all technical requirements and is feasible to build.
Conducting site visits and inspections: The designer may visit the building site to ensure that the design is being implemented according to plan and to make any necessary adjustments.

YOUR PROFILE

With a background in Architectural Designer, you have:

A minimum of 3 year of experience in architectural designing and visualization or a comparable role
Exceptional communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
Experience in 2D computer graphics program like Autodesk AutoCAD
Experience in 3D computer graphics program Modeling (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender) and Rendering (e.g., Enscape, V-ray)
Familiarity with 4D building information modeling application like Autodesk Revit is a strong plus.
A data-driven and analytical approach, utilizing diverse tools and methods
Openness to acquiring new skills and adapting to evolving environments
Experience with healthcare projects would be beneficial.
Graduate of accredited architecture school with a Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree
