Job Title: Senior Java Backend Engineer


BVITA is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Java Backend Engineer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Senior Java Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of web applications using Java and associated technologies, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software products that meet the unique needs of our clients.


Requirements:


  • Excellent English conversation skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing web applications using Java and associated technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and SQL databases
  • Expert proficiency in Java programming language and web application frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
  • In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and leading a team in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development of web applications using Java and associated technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and SQL databases
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software products
  • Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and scalability of web applications
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web application development
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process
Compensation:
We offer a very competitive compensation package based on experience and skills.
Payment is in USD, (USDT Tether)


Location:
This is a full-time remote position and the candidate can work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. 


Work Hours:
Work hours will be based on CST Timezone, from 8-9 AM to 4-5 PM, Monday to Friday.
