Job Title:Senior Technical Interviewer and Engineering manager



BVITA is seeking a talented and experienced  Senior Technical Interviewer and Engineering manager to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a  Senior Technical Interviewer and Engineering manager you will be responsible for leading the development of applications, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software products that meet the unique needs of our clients.



Requirement


  • Excellent English conversation skills and **fluent English speaking**.(All interviews will be conducted exclusively in English)
  • Experience in Talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Experience in software development industry and understanding of main technologies used for developing web and mobile applications(front-end, back-end, mobile development technologies and etc)
  • Capable of conducting English interviews with fluency and ease.
  • Proficient in conducting effective interviews.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage engineers and schedule interviews and choosing suitable candidates.
  • Responsibilities encompass managing and coordinating interview schedules, as well as discerning suitable candidates for selection.
  • Crafting optimal matches between engineers and job postings while adeptly overseeing interview scheduling, and nurturing engineers' growth by enhancing their interviewing prowess.
Compensation:
We offer a very competitive compensation package based on experience and skills.
Payment is in USD (USDT Tether)




Location:
This is a full-time remote position and the candidate can work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.  At least half of working time will be based on CST, from 8 or 9 AM to 4 or 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
