شرح موقعیت شغلی

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. They will lead a team of IT professionals to provide technical support, manage network security, and implement new technologies to improve business operations.


Tasks in detail:

  • Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the company's data.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to end-users.
  • Leading a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed.
  • Evaluating new technologies and making recommendations for hardware and software upgrades.
  • Developing disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or other emergencies.
  • Monitoring system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Managing vendor relationships for hardware, software, and other technology-related services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT management role.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, and security protocols.
  • Experience managing a team of IT professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
