- Responsible for achieving the Production targets and Company objectives through the effective Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling of Equipment, Material, Processes, Time, Discipline and Innovation
- Ensure that safe work practices are adhered to by the team
- Support and motivate the team to improve performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Responsible for implementation of Total Synchro concepts in the workshop
- Drive SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & People) and quality process inline with the Buhler global standards
- Secure quality of the products being built, by maintaining process standards and key points
- Engage in multi-skilling and flexibility training to enhance the skill level of the team
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- Insightful, able to collaborate with other management team members in developing strategy and implementing business plans
- Proven ability to work in a matrix organization
- Fluent communication in English Azeri knowledge would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with people inside and outside of the company
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong skills in conflict resolution and facilitation
