استخدام Staff Engineer

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are an IT agency that builds web applications for our clients. We work on a variety of projects, each with its own unique challenges. Our projects are managed using Scrum and Agile methods, and we work together as a team following a team topology model.
We are looking for a Software Reliability Engineer (PHP/Laravel) who is ready to both code and lead a team on different projects. This role involves handling different challenges in each project, but it doesn't mean switching between tasks or leading multiple projects at the same time. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to tackle new problems, and able to guide your team to success in every project.

Desired Experience



  • Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in PHP (Laravel or Symfony frameworks) and at least one of the following JavaScript frameworks: Vue.js, Angular, or React.js.
    Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
    Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
    Hands-on experience with TDD and test frameworks.
    Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    Experience with version control systems (Git).
    Experience in designing and working with CI/CD pipelines.
    Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum).
    Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
    Proficiency in Docker and containerization technologies is required.
    Experience with server maintenance and infrastructure management is preferred.
