We funded Bugloos in the summer of 2006 in the Netherlands. A software development company that built its second branch in Tehran in 2015 with one redemption: Precision and Perfection. Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute a comprehensive market expansion strategy to capture new clients and drive business growth within the SME software development sector. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategy and tactical plans in our existing markets to improve operational efficiency and drive revenue development.
  • Teamwork and Development: Perform as a pillar in a talented team of sales professionals. Motivate the team to accomplish goals, KPIs and personal development. 
  • Communication, Coordination, and Negotiation: Effectively communicate, collaborate, and negotiate both internally and externally to foster profitable business portfolios and long-term relationships with clients. 
  • Sales Excellence: Set the standard for sales excellence by managing key sales initiatives and enhance the capacity of the current sales team to meet and exceed goals.   
  • Market Segmentation and Focus: Analyse ideal customer profiles (ICPs) to promote targeted expansion within particular market sectors and establish Bugloos as a reliable choice for custom software development.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. optimise our sales CRM systems to operate in line with best practices.
  • Forecasting and Data Analysis: Project and forecast revenue growth, analysing KPIs to drive data-driven decisions. Set high standards for planning, predicting, and budgeting in terms of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Collaboration and Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to align on cross-functional initiatives and drive cohesive business strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance sales performance and drive business growth.
Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience: 4 to 6 years of sales experience preferably in the custom software development industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Have a proven history of successfully hitting sales goals and accelerating growth.
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of custom software development trends and technologies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proficient in developing and implementing sales strategies for efficiency and growth.
  • Effective Communication & Negotiation: High fluency in English; skilled in negotiation and communication. 
  • Analytical Skills & CRM Proficiency: Data-driven decision-making; expertise in CRM systems for enhanced sales performance.
Working hours:

  • We have a 5-day work week with 40 hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • 13:00 to 14:00 is reserved for lunch and break each working day.
  • Working days are from Sunday till Thursday.
