About the Role

BSUPERIOR SYSTEM LTD. is seeking a part-time UX expert who can work remotely. As the UX/UI Designer, you will work with the web and mobile development specialists on the Product Team but collaborate closely with the product marketing teams or product manager person to bring their product vision to life. You have years of proficient design experience and a solid track record of success in producing engaging, and visually appealing products. You have a deep understanding of user behavior and you bring instinct, insight and feedback to iterate on your creative ideas. To be successful in this role, you must be detail-oriented, a team player and take a consultative approach as you must balance various stakeholder opinions while upholding your own based on design principles

Responsibilities:

 Work closely with product marketing teams or product manager person to conceptualize and prototype interface functionality

 Work with the Creative Director to define and maintain the brand integrity of the  website or applications, covering all of the flow, layout and interactions

 Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys and mockups

 Work with the Programming Team to ensure the implementation matching the  intention

:Minimum Requirements

 five+ years’ progressive working experience of UX design

 Knowledge of User Centered Design principles

 Being skilled in prototyping and in standard UX software

 Being skilled in Wireframing

 Familiar with usability and usability testing

 Familiar with storyboards and process flow charts

 Strong oral and written communication skills in English
