We are seeking a skilled Project Manager & QA Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our development projects while also ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through manual testing.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Management:


  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring transparency in progress and results.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Foster communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Quality Assurance (Manual Testing):


  • Develop and execute manual test plans to ensure product quality, focusing on both mobile app and backend systems.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs, errors, and inconsistencies, working closely with the development team to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements, design, and implementation details for accurate test case creation.
  • Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing to validate that new features and bug fixes function as intended.
  • Ensure that all testing activities align with project timelines and deliverables.
Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a dual role combining Project Management and Manual QA responsibilities, ideally within the tech industry.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, including Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with manual testing of mobile applications and backend systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities concurrently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project goals, challenges, and testing results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and bug tracking software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience managing projects and conducting QA in the mobile app or logistics industry.
  • Knowledge of SQL and basic database concepts.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster) is a plus, but not required.
