استخدام Senior UI/UX Designer

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Bonyad Vokala is a market-leading legal services provider. Our mission is to provide legal solutions to our clients in the fastest and easiest way and also job creation for lawyers, official experts, and legal specialists.

We are looking for a talented and passionate UX/UI Digital Designer with a strong foundation in user experience and visual design skills.


Requirements:

  • A Strong experience in UI and UX - A minimum of 3-5 years experience in digital design
  • An epic portfolio that demonstrates a range of skills and techniques
  • Expert knowledge of UI design principles and techniques
  • Experience across the UX discipline — from research and discovery to prototyping and design testing and engineering collaboration for production builds
  • Natural problem solving and be able to produce creative solutions to complex digital experience
  • Experience working with or creating design systems
  • Experience designing web and mobile projects
  • Experience with Sketch, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with responsive design
  • Have a strong focus on quality and timely delivery
  • Can explore concepts, create design solutions, and rapidly visualize a proposition, through sketching and prototyping
  • Taking pride in the work you produce but are comfortable taking creative direction and constructive criticism
  • Great teamwork skills and an approachable and friendly manner


Responsibilities:

  • Develop design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, usage scenarios, task analysis, specifications, and other UX / UI design deliverables.
  • Define and implement a systematic approach to create a clean and functional UI
  • Understand the target users’ needs, motivations, and behaviors as it relates to a specific project or area.
  • Participate in the product definition process with the team and drive the clarification of the user tasks and objectives.
  • Balance technical and delivery constraints when creating accessible and engaging user interfaces based on complex requirements and tight deadlines.
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges.- Create and maintain style guides.
  • Work within a very flat organizational structure giving you the opportunity to work closely with the management team and all areas of the business on key projects.
