An export specialist is a professional who organizes and oversees the shipment of products to domestic and international locations. They prepare and process all required documents and permits for shipping purposes, and maintain records of all invoices and transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Doing the target market research, finding, and categorizing all targeted areas
- Providing daily reports continuously and keeping them updated
- Handling all export documents and following up on relevant matters
- Setting the goals and following up to achieve them
- Liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and timely execution of processes
- Reviewing all updates of custom regulations of exportation and act accordingly
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience and familiarity with Healthcare export markets of CIS and East Asia
- Familiarity with export regulations of Iran
- Ability to negotiate with foreign parties
- Ability to search and market
- Ability to work in a team
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, English Translation, English Literature, Management, and other relevant majors
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English
- Prepare regular reports to the manager
