•  Lead and guide the testing efforts for frontend and backend components of our software applications.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand requirements and develop test strategies.
•  Conduct manual and automated tests to identify software defects, performance issues,and usability problems.
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process.
•  Analyze test results, track defects, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
•  Mentor and provide guidance to junior testing engineers, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.
•  Continuously evaluate and improve our testing processes and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of our software products.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in software testing and incorporate them into our testing practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
•  3 years of professional experience in software testing, with a focus on both frontend and backend testing.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
•  Experience with web service testing tools such as SoapUI, Fiddler, Postman, etc.
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, TestComplete, etc.
•  Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, track, and resolve complex software defects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
•  Proven ability to mentor and guide junior testing engineers, providing technical leadership and support.
