شرح موقعیت شغلی

•  Perform commercial activities such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, ordering affairs and making shipping arrangements and additional tracking when required in a timely manner until the goods are released, getting feedback as well as upstream reports etc. 
•   Preparing, handling, archiving all necessary documentation from proforma Invoice to shipping documents 
•   Prepare and submit weekly reports relevant to scope of work and responsibility
•   Follow up with prospects through e-mails, phone etc 
•   Answer to inquiries and following them

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Minimum of one year Job experience in similar role
• Bachelor of business management or electrical engineering field has positive point
• Familiar with commercial and international business terms, contracts and regulations
• Has no limitation for going domestic or foreign missions (very important)

• Ability   to   work   under   pressure   whilst   maintaining   quality standards
• Well organized with the ability to manage priorities
• Fluent in English language, both speaking and writing  
• Good communication, team working and inter-personal skills
