Senior AI Video Editor & Creative Specialist

Lead with story. Build with prompts. Ship AI-native videos that feel inevitable.
The Role
We’re hiring a creative who thinks in AI-first video—someone who designs prompt systems, orchestrates model pipelines, and edits with narrative intent. Motion design and VFX are supportive skills, not the headline. Clear path to Content Production Lead.
What You’ll Own
AI Video Creation (Primary)
- Design end-to-end AI pipelines (ComfyUI/Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, AnimateDiff, etc.) for shot creation, style consistency, and rapid iteration.
- Build reusable prompt libraries, control workflows, and shot bibles that keep looks on-brand.
- Generate sequences (people, products, environments) and integrate into edits with clean relighting, match, and grain.
- Automate tedious steps (batching, upscales, speech/gen-VO, captioning) and document playbooks.
Storytelling & Editorial
- Craft hooks and narrative arcs optimized for YouTube, Reels/TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Edit from script/boards to master, balancing pace, music, SFX, VO, and on-screen typography for retention and conversion.
- Build platform-specific variants fast without losing narrative integrity.
Creative Direction
- Translate loose product/brand goals into visual concepts, references, mood boards, and test comps.
- Track emerging AI tools and propose what to adopt (and what to ignore).
- Collaborate across strategy, design, and production; keep momentum with crisp, proactive comms.
Motion & Finishing (Secondary)
- Design motion graphics systems in After Effects/C4D/Blender when needed.
- Light color work in Resolve; strong taste for final polish.
You Bring
Essentials
- Professional English fluency.
- 6+ years in editing/motion/creative production with shipped work.
- A portfolio of AI-generated video in production contexts (not just experiments).
- Demonstrated prompt engineering depth: style control, negative prompts, seeds, schedulers, inference trade-offs.
Toolset
- AI generation & video: ComfyUI (node-based flows), Kling, Stable Diffusion/SDXL, AnimateDiff/Video Diffusion, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Topaz Video AI, ElevenLabs, and similar.
- Edit/Design: Premiere Pro (or Resolve Edit), After Effects (expressions/plugins), DaVinci Resolve (grading/conform/Fusion).
Creative DNA
- Story-obsessed with a bias for inventive prompts and repeatable systems.
- Trend-literate without chasing gimmicks.
- Operates with deadlines, ownership, and collaborative energy.

Portfolio Requirements
- 3–5 AI video case studies with:
- prompt sheets (inputs/negatives/seeds/steps/models)
- node graphs or pipeline diagrams
- before/after comps and timing breakdowns
- platform results (CTR, retention, conversions when available)
- At least one multi-asset campaign showing style consistency across formats.
- Optional: a short screen-capture walkthrough of your workflow.
