Video Editor + Creative Specialist | Blue BearX
Shape the Future of Digital Storytelling with VFX & Motion Design and AI
The Opportunity:
We’re not hiring “just a video editor.” We’re after a creative technologist who lives where cinematic VFX, motion design, elite editing, and AI-driven content collide. Someone who uses any tools to extend imagination, not to cut corners.
This is a core position with a clear path to Content Production Lead. You'll work on high-impact projects for global brands across SaaS, blockchain, fashion, and beyond.
What You'll Do:
VFX & Motion Excellence
- Create cinematic VFX sequences and compositing work
- Design dynamic motion graphics that stop the scroll
- Build animated brand stories using 2D/3D techniques
- Develop visual effects that make content unmissable
Video Production Mastery
- Edit multi-format content from scripts to final delivery
- Craft platform-optimized content (YouTube, Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Edit high-production video podcasts
- Engineer hooks that convert viewers in the first 3 seconds
AI-Powered Content Creation
- Master AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Topaz, etc.) to create impossible visuals
- Develop AI-enhanced workflows that push creative boundaries
- Generate and composite AI elements seamlessly into live-action footage
Creative Leadership
- Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and creative tech
- Set new standards for what's possible in digital content
- Collaborate with our global creative team
- Drive daily project momentum with proactive communication
You Bring:
Essential Skills:
- Professional English fluency (non-negotiable)
- 6+ years professional experience (no exceptions - portfolio must prove it)
- AI Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with generative AI platforms
- VFX Expertise: Advanced compositing, rotoscoping, tracking, keying
- Motion Design: After Effects mastery (animation, expressions, plugins)
Technical Arsenal:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects - advanced level)
- DaVinci Resolve (color grading, Fusion for VFX)
- AI Platforms (ComfyUI, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, etc.)
- Motion tools (Cinema 4D, Blender bonus)
- Audio engineering capabilities
- Platform-native editing (CapCut, native tools)
Creative DNA:
- Obsessed with visual trends before they trend
