Social Media Manager

(hybrid) | Full-time

The role
You will own social strategy and execution across a range of client accounts, plus Blue BearX's own channels. You think in ideas first and posts second.

What you'll do

  • Build platform strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and YouTube
  • Plan and run content calendars across multiple brands
  • Write captions and copy in each client's voice
  • Brief and work with our design, video and AI production teams
  • Spot trends early and turn them into ideas fast
  • Manage communities and respond in brand voice
  • Report on performance with insight, not just screenshots
  • Work with our paid team on content that performs in ads
What you bring

  • 3+ years managing brand social, ideally agency side
  • A portfolio of accounts you grew, with numbers
  • A sharp copywriter with an eye for visuals
  • Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools and platform analytics
  • B2B LinkedIn experience as well as consumer platforms. SaaS or crypto is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI image and video tools is a strong plus
