Product Manager/Owner

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Understanding user stories through communication with product managers and writing scenarios with Gherkin Syntax for the user stories.
Story elaboration, grooming, and acceptance.
Finalizing the scenarios through communication with tech leads.
Coordinating with all squad members to expedite delivering functional solutions.
Assisting product managers in prioritizing product features and bug fixes.
Assist in creating product documents such as ERD, PRD, State Machines and diagrams.
Create support and training documents for internal and external users.
Monitor and report on users’ reactions after shipping a feature on production and suggest improvements to product managers.
Collaborate on conducting user and market research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
Prepare and organize feature/project status and report status, risks, and delays to product managers and key stakeholders.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Requirements & Key Skills :

1+ years of working experience
Solid verbal and written communications skills
Familiar with Kanban methodology in product development
Familiar with Agile Thinking
Ability to prioritize, schedule and continuously update the backlog
Ability to test software (manual and user testing)
Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
Ability to learn, adapt, and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
Creative Personality is an advantage
Must have a "can-do" attitude – the desire to go above and beyond in all you do
Being eager to learn and stay up to date in one's position and dynamically learning new skills related to product ownership and staying up to date with the owning product’s scope.

Bonus:

Familiar with BDD (Behavior Driven Development)
Experience in the process of developing social products on the mobile platform - Familiar with the psychology of sharing.
Experience in development processes of media and video platforms - Interested in the world of cinema and television.
Experience in development processes of advertising and media - SaaS product development experience - Familiar with API Design
Mobile game development experience - Familiar with monetization, graphic design and digital art (such as illustration, ribbon, animation and sound)
