Responsibilities

  • Draft, document, and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
  • Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data of customers in order to optimize the quality of products.
  • Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems by writing test cases and conducting functional testing as well as end-to-end testing
  • Document internal software audits and other quality assurance activities to identify the problem areas and adding them to tracking system
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions in the improvement of internal development processes
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities by discussing the required fixed with developers and tracking the life cycle of errors
Requirements and Qualifications

Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance required for software in production.   • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice
  • 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance engineer
  • 3 years of experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies and other
  • 3 years of experience with coding using Javascript, Nodejs, Front-end frameworks
