We're on the hunt for a passionate and skilled leader to guide our Quality Assurance team to new heights. As our QA Team Lead, you'll be responsible for building, motivating, and mentoring a high-performing team of testers, ensuring the quality and functionality of our products exceed expectations.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor: Build and foster a collaborative and high-performing QA team, providing guidance, coaching, and opportunities for growth.
- Strategize and plan: Define QA methodologies, best practices, and testing strategies that align with product development goals.
- Execute with excellence: Oversee the execution of test plans, identify and track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate effectively: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (devs, product, etc.) to advocate for quality and ensure clear communication.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Proactively research and implement new testing tools and technologies.
- Be a quality champion: Drive a culture of quality within the organization, promoting and enforcing quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience as a QA professional, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing QA teams.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (Agile, manual, automation).
- Hands-on experience with various QA tools and technologies (e.g., Mochajs, K6, Cypress, Selenium ,Appium, Testigma, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Passionate about quality and a desire to continuously improve processes.
- Experience in the Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies industry is a bonus point.
