We are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead who will take technical ownership of frontend engineering and help shape the future direction of our frontend ecosystem.
In this role, you will lead a frontend team, drive architectural decisions, define engineering standards, and guide the development of scalable frontend solutions across multiple products.
You will be responsible for making key technical decisions, balancing short-term product needs with long-term technical sustainability, and helping the team build reliable, maintainable, and high-quality user experiences.
You will collaborate closely with frontend engineers, backend engineers, product managers, designers, and other technical leaders to evolve our frontend architecture and development practices.
What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, providing technical direction and guidance
- Own frontend architecture decisions and make key technical choices for products and platforms
- Define frontend development standards, patterns, and best practices across teams
- Drive frontend modernization initiatives, including migration to modern frontend technologies and improving existing applications
- Evaluate and select technologies and approaches for future web and cross-platform mobile applications
- Design scalable solutions for complex product requirements
- Improve frontend performance, reliability, maintainability, and developer experience
- Establish engineering practices that improve code quality, testing, and delivery processes
- Review technical designs and code changes while providing constructive feedback
- Identify technical challenges and proactively drive solutions
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to make effective technical trade-offs
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software engineering
- Experience leading frontend engineers or acting as a technical owner within a team
- Strong experience building production-grade applications using Vue.js (Vue 3 preferred)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, application scalability, and component-based design
- Experience making architectural decisions and evaluating technology trade-offs
- Experience working with large and evolving frontend codebases
- Ability to balance engineering quality, product requirements, and business priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to align technical decisions with different stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with Vue 2 to Vue 3 migration or frontend modernization projects
- Experience building design systems or shared component libraries
- Experience with cross-platform mobile frameworks
- Experience improving frontend developer experience through tooling and automation
- Experience with CI/CD workflows and frontend deployment processes
- Experience introducing testing strategies and frontend quality practices
