We are seeking a OKR / Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting clear goals, implementing and tracking performance metrics, and ensuring all team members are aligned and contributing effectively towards our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, implement, and track performance metrics (including OKRs) to monitor progress and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Conduct regular Daily stand-up meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Provide insights and reports on team performance and goal achievement.
- Collaborate with team members to understand their roles, contributions, and needs for achieving set goals.
- Maintain a disciplined and organized approach to daily and weekly routines, ensuring consistent follow-up and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Experience with goal setting and performance tracking, familiarity with OKRs is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and with fully remote teams.
- Experience in the tech or financial services industry, particularly in startups, is a plus.
- Disciplined, organized, and methodical in daily work.
