We are expanding our corporate finance and private markets team and hiring two complementary professionals who will work closely together across the full transaction lifecycle. Each role has a primary focus, but both require overlapping capabilities and active involvement in sourcing, analysis, structuring, investor engagement, and execution.

A commercial-minded professional who excels at identifying opportunities, engaging CEOs/CFOs/shareholders, understanding client needs, and managing relationships with investors, lenders, funds, and capital providers.

   2.  Financial Engineering & Transaction Execution Focus

An analytical professional strong in financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, structuring financing solutions, preparing investment materials, managing data rooms, and supporting transactions through closing.

Both roles overlap significantly:
Regardless of primary focus, both team members will:
- Participate in originating opportunities 
- Analyze financials and business fundamentals 
- Contribute to financial models and structuring 
- Prepare professional deal materials (pitch decks, memos, summaries) 
- Engage with investors and support fundraising 
- Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and execution

**You don’t need to be an expert in every area. Strength in one domain plus the willingness and ability to develop across the full deal cycle is what matters most.**

Key Responsibilities:
- Originate opportunities in corporate finance, private credit, alternative investments, M&A, refinancing, and restructuring 
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow, liquidity, and debt capacity 
- Build or contribute to financial models, projections, downside scenarios, sensitivity analyses 
- Help structure solutions including senior debt, mezzanine, bridge financing, preferred equity, convertibles, asset-backed lending 
- Prepare investment materials: pitch decks, teasers, investment memos, credit memos 
- Manage relationships with companies, investors, funds, banks, lenders, and capital providers 
- Support due diligence, data room preparation, Q&A, negotiations, and closing 
- Collaborate on developing **data-driven and AI-assisted tools** for screening, risk analysis, and decision support

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment, capital raising, private markets, banking, asset management, credit, fintech, or financial analysis 
- Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow, capital structure, valuation, and financing instruments 
- Experience in at least one of the following: 
  - deal origination / investor relations 
  - financial modeling / analysis / structuring 
- Strong communication skills with senior executives and investors 
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint 
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, analytics tools, or AI applications is a strong plus 
- Genuine interest in financial engineering, private credit, alternative investments, and data-driven finance

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in investment firms, corporate banking, private credit, asset-backed finance, structured finance, advisory, or funds is highly valued. 
Certifications such as CAIA, FRM, or CFA (Level II/III) are advantageous.
