شرح موقعیت شغلی

You strategize, organize and execute the growth of assets under management. You must be a magnet and generate new Limited Partner (LP) leads and prospects, overseeing all aspects of engagement, due diligence, and closing their investments in our funds. This role will work cross-functionally, monitoring and optimizing for capital formation and relationship development opportunities.
You have exceptional communication skills, organizational skills, keen attention to detail and a strong ability to manage relationships and projects, start-to-end.

Job Description

  • Actively source, outreach, contact and build relationships with potential leads and future investors (funds, financial institutions, pensions, multi-nationals, ultra high net worth individuals, family offices and more)
  • Responsible for all fundraising goals and targets
  • Manage reporting, investor meetings, presentations
  • Producing and updating collaterals including decks, pitchbooks, investor updates
  • Represent the firm at industry events and conferences
  • Act as an advisor to the investment team, as a voice of the limited partners
  • Track and monitor the investor lifecycle and ensure that all investor queries are addressed in a timely manner
  • Be an important point of contact for the regulators across various markets
Requirements

  • Required prior experience of having led fundraising in the asset management industry,
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong business ethics and with a view to lead the fundraising for our upcoming funds and co-investment vehicles
  • Sales-driven personality.
  • Good understanding of financial reporting and ability to analyze fund performance
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel / Sheets and Powerpoint / Slides. Familiarity with CRM and database software.
