IP Engineer:
Job Description:
● Configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls.
● Follow subscribers’ escalated problems.
● Troubleshoot network failures and performance issues.
● Be responsible for accurate request and incident ticket updates.
● Document, present, and update reports.
● Participate in an on-call rotation.
Requirements:
● 4 years of experience in network operation in Service Provider.
● Perfectly familiar with the concepts of CCNP.
● Solid knowledge and experience of OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, MST.
● Knowledge and experience of MPLS, VPLS, QoS is a huge advantage.
● Hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper.
● Familiar with ITIL and Ticketing Systems.
● High skill in solving problems and providing optimal solutions.
● Experience in monitoring software including Zabbix and Cacti.
● Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure situations.
● Good social communication skills.
● Intermediate English knowledge.
