استخدام مدیر تیم برنامه‌نویسی (Technical Team Lead-دورکاری)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

A European company is looking for a remote tech lead with exposure to data engineering with python and cloud engineering.

You are a suitable candidate if you:

  • can communicate professionally in spoken and written Englis
  • have at least 8 years of solid work experience as a programmer, team manager, product manager and tech lead
  • have great time management, commitment, communication and leadership skills
  • have a zeal to learn and update your technical skills and knowledge
  • are pro-active, creative, and enjoy working remotely in a challenging environment.
You will have an advantage over other candidates if you have:

  • Software engineering degree
  • DevOps experience
  • data engineering/data science experience
  • AWS/GCP/Azure exposure
  • worked in an English-speaking environment before
Your duties in this job will be managing a team of developers who are building a B2B, SaaS, data analysis platform with python over the cloud. You will work directly with CTO and you will take ownership of the design, architecture and implementation of the platform. Working days are Monday to Friday, with Flexibility to work Sunday to Thursday as well. Working hours are from 12 to 21:30, with the flexibility to work from 10 to 19:30 as well.

Your contract will be with the European company and you will have also a minimum wage contract to have social security (Ta'min-e Ejtemaee insurance) as well. After a month of trial, you will move to a contract based on a European currency.
