What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Building, improving, and maintaining modern full-stack web applications used in real production environments
• Developing clean, scalable frontend interfaces with a strong focus on usability, performance, and maintainability
• Designing and implementing robust backend services, APIs, and database-driven features
• Working across the full product lifecycle, from technical planning and architecture discussions to development, deployment, and iteration
• Collaborating closely with product, design, backend, frontend, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable features
• Improving application performance, security, and scalability as the product grows
• Writing code that other engineers can understand, maintain, and build on
• Taking ownership of features instead of simply completing isolated tickets
• Making practical technical decisions that balance speed, quality, long-term maintainability, and business needs

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
• Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript
• Solid frontend experience with React, Next.js, Vue, or a comparable modern framework
• Strong backend experience with Node.js, NestJS, Express, Python, Django, FastAPI, Go, or similar technologies
• Experience designing and working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
• Good understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis
• Comfortable working with authentication, authorization, user roles, and secure application flows
• Experience building production-ready applications, not just prototypes or internal tools
• Understanding of software architecture, clean code principles, testing, debugging, and version control
• Familiarity with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes is a strong plus
• Ability to communicate clearly, ask good questions, and work well in a distributed engineering team
• Comfortable taking responsibility for technical decisions and following through on delivery
