 What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Designing and maintaining production cloud infrastructure
• Building and improving CI/CD pipelines that engineers actually enjoy using
• Owning Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Managing Kubernetes clusters in production
• Improving observability (metrics, logs, tracing) so incidents are rare — and boring
• Driving automation instead of manual operational work
• Working closely with backend engineers to improve reliability and deployment speed
• Making practical decisions about scalability, cost, and resilience
  
  

 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years working in DevOps / Platform / SRE roles
• Real-world experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP in production
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
• Solid Terraform experience
• Strong Linux fundamentals
• Understanding of networking basics (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, reverse proxies)
• Experience setting up monitoring/alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot calmly under pressure
• Comfortable owning infrastructure decisions
