Senior Frontend Engineer (React / Next.js)

Native or near-native fluency in English is essential, as our projects operate at an international level and close collaboration with overseas teams is part of the day-to-day work.

Location: International Branch — Texas-Based Company
Compensation: USD, competitive and based on experience
Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Building, improving, and maintaining modern frontend applications used by real customers in production
  • Developing clean, scalable, and responsive user interfaces with a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and user experience
  • Working closely with designers to translate UI/UX concepts into polished, production-ready applications
  • Building reusable components, shared libraries, and scalable frontend architecture
  • Integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
  • Collaborating with backend, product, design, QA, and infrastructure teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Optimizing application performance, bundle size, rendering speed, and Core Web Vitals
  • Writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code that other engineers can easily understand and extend
  • Taking ownership of features from planning through deployment instead of simply completing isolated tasks
  • Contributing to architectural decisions, code reviews, engineering standards, and frontend best practices
  • Helping improve development workflows, CI/CD processes, testing strategies, and overall engineering quality
What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional frontend software development experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Strong expertise with React and modern React patterns (Hooks, Context, Performance Optimization)
  • Solid experience with Next.js and modern frontend architecture
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern styling solutions (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, CSS Modules, or similar)
  • Experience consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
  • Familiarity with state management solutions such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, or TanStack Query (React Query)
  • Experience working with authentication, authorization, secure application flows, and frontend security best practices
  • Good understanding of browser performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), SEO fundamentals, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes is a strong plus
  • Basic understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js or API-driven architectures is a plus
  • Ability to communicate clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and collaborate effectively in a distributed engineering team
  • Comfortable taking ownership of technical decisions and delivering high-quality production features
