· Manage both OPEX (operational expenditure) and CAPEX (capital expenditure) budgets for passive and data center passive components.
· Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of budget resources to maximize ROI and support strategic initiatives.
· Ensure maximum uptime and service availability in line with company targets.
· Oversee the installation and maintenance of endpoint protection services.
· Manage IT assets and inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
· Oversee data center hardware management, including installation, maintenance, and servicing of servers and storage.
· Manage system configurations, cable management, and patch management.
· Utilize company monitoring tools to oversee operational services and address incidents or problems.
· Coordinate with IT network and Infra suppliers.
· Conduct daily system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of hardware and key processes.
· Perform regular security monitoring and address potential risks.
· Oversee repair and recovery from hardware or software failures, coordinating with impacted constituencies.
· Manage and monitor Microsoft Exchange servers, Active Directory services, Endpoint security clients, clustering services, System Center suite, and virtualization infrastructure.
