• Lead and manage the Managed Service technical team and ensure effective task allocation and prioritization
• Monitor team performance and provide continuous feedback and coaching
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of infrastructure services in line with defined SLAs
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes
• Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and deployment activities with minimal operational risk
• Analyze service performance metrics and propose improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
• Prepare analytical and performance reports for management
• Lead technical decision-making in complex and critical situations
• Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and service stability

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure and managed services
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure concepts, system administration, and service operations
• Familiarity with ITIL framework (ITIL4 preferred)
• Experience with Linux environments (LPIC certification is a plus)
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of database concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage critical incidents
