Job Title: IT Operations and Monitoring Team Lead (Front Office Team Leader)

Job Description:

Behparaz Hamrah Samaneh Aval, a subsidiary of Hamrah Aval, is a leader in IT and digital transformation. We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled team lead to oversee IT operations and monitoring, ensuring 24/7 service continuity and SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the Front Office team to meet SLA targets and operational KPIs
  • Perform real-time service monitoring and incident management
  • Configure and maintain monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG)
  • Coordinate across teams to resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Develop SOPs and maintain incident documentation
  • Identify service gaps and implement continuous improvements
  • Technical Competencies:
  • Proficiency in ITIL principles and incident lifecycle management
  • Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Kubernetes, OpenShift Observability
  • Strong knowledge of Shell scripting and CCNA-level networking
  • Skilled in monitoring platforms and alerting configurations
  • Managerial Competencies:
  • Team leadership, performance evaluation, and task delegation
  • Service reporting and stakeholder communication
  • Operational process design and improvement mindset
  • Collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
