شرح موقعیت شغلی

Do you know more than 1/3 of all food ends up as food waste, this equates to 10% of greenhouse gas emissions!Therefore, reducing food waste is one of the most effective things we can do for the climate. 

Behinee is a food waste-fighting app which connect stores that have unsold, surplus food with consumers who buy and enjoy it.

We’re looking for an Account manager to join the team at Behinee.

You have a passion for tackling food waste and you will use your commercial and enthusiastic mindset to convince as many food brands as possible to join our movement.

 

Your role 

·     To bring in new partners in chain groceries and FMCG by contacting the brands, guiding the meetings and getting them on board. 

·     Mainly responsible for negotiations and signing of new customers, with a focus on rapid initiation of new collaborations.

·     Good relationship and follow-up of existing customers, to ensure a good and valuable collaboration, where as little food as possible is wasted by the customer.

·     Be curious and understand the customers 'business and stakeholders' needs, in order to adapt the best possible solutions that provide value for both parties.

·     In collaboration with marketing, propose, plan and ensure the implementation of marketing activities and communication about collaboration with key customers.

·     Proactive hunter: you focus on opportunities to continue working together.

·     You are the face of Behinee and enjoy presenting our concept at (digital) trade fairs, events and meetings.

·     You structure and coordinate the roll-out of new key accounts

·     Good communication and presentation skills: you are good at conveying a message that hits and has a positive effect on the sales process.

·     Good project management skills: you master making good plans for how to attract new large/chain partners, with a fast and efficient implementation

·     Good relationship builder: you are a people person who manages to talk to key people at different levels with potential partners, as well as master understanding their needs and adapting good solutions accordingly.

·     Independent and energetic: you are not afraid to run processes alone, and to take initiative and be close to potential partners to achieve good results

·     Good understanding and commitment to the environment and food waste: you want to stand with us, companies and users in the fight against food waste!

·     Experience as an account manager, preferably in the grocery industry is a big plus.
