We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost sales
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
- Brand Building:
- Enhance and maintain Shavaz's brand image through innovative and consistent messaging across all platforms
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve future campaigns
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts
- Affiliate Marketing Management:
- Plan and execute affiliate marketing programs
- Develop and maintain affiliate partnerships to drive sales and expand brand reach
- Measure and report on the performance of affiliate marketing programs
- Segmentation, SEO, SEM, and Social Media Advertising:
- Master segmentation techniques to better target campaigns
- Optimize search engine performance (SEO) and manage search engine marketing (SEM) ads
- Design and execute advertisements on various social media platforms to increase reach and customer engagement
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related fields
- Proficiency in content creation and knowledge of SEO principles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide detailed reports
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
