About the job

We are seeking 2 remote Senior Full-Stack Developers with strong experience in React, Next.js, C#, and Azure, AWS  for a 12-month EMR rebuild project. You will join an established 8-person Scrum team, contributing to the entire software development lifecycle and directly supporting technology that impacts patients with rare and chronic illnesses. 


What you'll achieve: Join a team building technology that directly impacts patients with rare and chronic illnesses who receive complex, life-changing therapies. You'll be developing systems for a mission-driven specialty pharmacy that treats every patient like family, ensuring individualized care for people facing healthcare's most challenging condition

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using React and Next.js for front-end development
  • Build and optimize C# backend services and APIs
  • Work within Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud Services ecosystem
  • Collaborate with an 8-person Scrum team to deliver solutions in 3-week sprints
  • Build products from the ground up, not just feature work or bug fixes
  • Participate in Agile framework 
  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance best practices are applied

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Senior-level experience with React and Next.js for UI development
  • Strong proficiency in C# for backend development
  • Expertise with Azure DevOps and experience with Azure Cloud Services
  • Proven ability to build products from the ground up, not just maintain existing features
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with sprint-based delivery
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

Extra credit if you have:

Experience with EMR or healthcare technology systems

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Understanding of healthcare compliance and security requirements
