استخدام (Back-End) Junior Software Engineer

شرح موقعیت شغلی

About the Role:
Bayan is seeking an experienced Back-End Software Engineer that is passionate about building mobile and desktop web applications. This position is full-time and is based in our Tehran office but It is also possible to work remotely. If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you.


Software Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from design to production and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and refactor applications.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Software Developers to deliver compelling user-facing products.


Requirements:

  • Suitable knowledge about basic programming concepts such as object-oriented programming, modular design, clean code, and data structures.
  • Familiarity with unit, integration, and system testing.
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL database systems.
  • Having experience using code versioning tools such as Git.
  • Good soft skills such as teamwork and constructive communication with others.
  • Good problem-solving skills in facing new challenges.
  • Self-motivated and self-managing, with great organizational skills.
  • Positive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort working in a highly agile, iterative software development process.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Python programming language and its web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Tornado.
  • Good skills in async programming. (Having this skill at the expense of Python is welcome)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience contributing to open-source software.
  • Relevant education in software engineering.
