شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Purpose:

You'll perform tactical SEO projects like rich snippet optimizations, striking distance audits, crawl efficiency improvements, competitive analysis, technical audits, and back link analysis to support our effort to grow the SEO channel for the business.

You'll work closely with our Outreach, Editorial, Product, Business Development, and Engineering teams to conceptualize, design, and implement new pages, products, and link building playbooks.

Responsibilities:

  • In-depth keyword research.
  • Creates effective ranking strategies.
  • Studies Traffic and analytics.
  • Designs SEO experiment frameworks and leads A/B tests in that order.
  • Manages ongoing communications and workflows with product vendors to help resolve issues, document challenges.
  • Facilitates collaborative product road-map, brainstorming sessions, etc.
  • Maximizes local search exposure.
  • Identifying and optimizing strategic growth levers across Google and other major search engines.
  • Develops a long-term SEO strategy and roadmap that meets aggressive business goals.
  • Determines content topics and provides ongoing support and training to editors to create SEO-focused production workflows.
  • Provides On-Page Optimization recommendations for META data, headings, internal links and URLs.
  • Monitors, evaluates, and reports on metrics across our properties, optimizes and adjusts types of content in response to data.
  • Communicates tactical and strategic recommendations to non-technical/non-analytical audiences.
  • Adds projects supporting the growth and expansion of our company, including sales-based campaign efforts.
  • Own, Track, Report and analyze the performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience on running SEO on an in-house marketing team or building and executing SEO strategies for marketplace platforms.
  • A keen understanding of search intent and consumer search behavior.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of on-page optimization, HTML, JavaScript, schema markup, and the levers for improving page speed.
  • Proven ability to craft winning keyword strategies, content calendars, product specs, wireframes, taxonomies, and information architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue significantly year over year in organic search.  
  • Power user level experience with Alexa, Google Search Console, Moz, Screaming Frog, AHREFs, Google Analytics, SQL skills a plus.
  • Familiar with Google Adwords, semRUSH and other SEO tools.
  • Deep industry knowledge about everything from SERP features to Algorithm Updates.
  • Expertise with WordPress.
  • Analytical, intellectually curious, a great communicator and a team player.

Organic Clickthrough Rate (CTR)

Traffic volume and qualities.

Bounce Rate.

Pages Per Session.

Direct Reports:

You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing.
