Choose the proper metrics for tracking and understanding current and future experiments.
Develop dashboards that provide reliable insights and visualization into performance relative to KPIs , projections, and historical performance.
Implement and analyze A/B or Multi-Variate Tests to provide actionable insights to the operations team on the test data.
Keeping all reports, trackers and dashboards updated
Providing data resources needed for operations decision making
Simulating operations environment before action plan execution
Finding contradictions between data and actual operations
Facilitating data flow between stakeholders
Works with multiple data sources (Postgresql, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Excels).
Works with Business Analysts to identify and document business goals, reporting requirement and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Strong understanding of business process flow and data flow.

Requirements

Having strong analytical skills
Pursuing a degree, a BA/MS in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
Should have strong analytical skills and problem solving attitude.
Very strong T-SQL and SQL Skills (Presto, …).
Data visualization skills
Willing to contribute new ideas and articulate them to a variety of stakeholders

An interest in data
Have a strong sense of ownership.
Strong interpersonal communication, collaboration with the team and presentation skills required.
Self-driven and proactive
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Basic knowledge of Big Data technologies is a plus (ELK, MongoDB, ...).
Familiar with statistical analysis techniques -Hands on R and Python is a plus.
Experience with BI tools: Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, Kibana, Heap, GA, Hotjar
