As a Digital Marketing Manager, You'll lead a team of experts and collaborate with cross functional teams in order to:
- Develop digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
- Plan and execute all web, SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Plan and execute our social media presence.
- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identify points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Develops digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
