Job Description
- Prepare different strategies and plans for performance improvement of different cohorts of sellers.
- Analyze data to identify issues and areas for seller growth
- Create reports for internal and external stakeholders to track and improve performance of the sellers.
- Provide hands-on contribution of developing and writing proposals
- Track seller activities in terms of item sold, sell amount, assortment
- Track operation (delay, cancellation and return of orders)
- Set sale targets and trace them.
- Automate the work process in order to manage thousands of sellers' performance.
- Plan and execute campaigns and promotions.

- Execute strategies to empower sellers
- Plan and execute promotion sponsorships to drive sale targets
