Job Description:
- Control and check all calculations and reports that are made by other experts to validate them.
- Calculate the sales force commission or other supportive plans like SFI.
- Calculate the promotion efficiency and promotion deviation of distributors or branches.
- Route planning and tracking.
- Generate efficient reports.
- Project control.
- Target planning.
- KPI calculation.
- Data gathering and cleansing.
Requirements:
- Advanced in MS Office.
- Power BI knowledge.
- Database knowledge.
- Familiar with Varanegar.
- Familiar with Rahkaran.
- 1 to 2 years of senior experience in sales planning supervision in the FMCG and retail industry.
