Job Summary


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PHP/Laravel Developer to lead our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in PHP, Python, and Laravel, combined with outstanding English communication skills (both written and verbal). This role involves leading complex projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications


 • 7+ years of professional experience in web development, specifically with Laravel.


 • Strong proficiency in PHP and Python.


 • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.


 • Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and modern web technologies.


 • Strong skills in database design and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).


 • Proficient with version control systems, such as Git.


 • Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a must.


 • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).


 • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications


 • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms like AWS.


 • Familiarity with Vue.js or React for frontend development.


 • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
