Job Description
Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search advertising, paid social networks, comparison listings, and outbound email campaigns.
Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics advertising tools and Professional experience in running advertising campaigns in Google Ads.
Conduct a thorough analysis of campaign performances, utilizing data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization (keyword mining, negative listing, campaign restructuring, ad copy optimization.
Maintain and test audience lists, target groups, and other targeting data in an account-based environment.
Assist in the development and execution of A/B/n testing initiatives to improve campaign performances and overall ROI of the paid marketing investments.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the tech advertising industry, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to the team.
Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Analyze performance and user behavior to provide actionable insights.
Generate detailed performance reports with optimization recommendations.
Work with product, design, and content teams for cohesive marketing efforts.
Stay updated on trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
At least 3 to 5 years of experience managing large advertising campaigns in e-commerce, OTA
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Mastery of tools GA4، Google Tag Manager and marketing automation.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years in senior performance marketing, preferably in a marketplace or e-commerce.
Proven track record with large-scale campaigns
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., GA4, GTM, Looker Studio).
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
