Job Description

We are looking for a skilled digital marketing manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful digital marketing strategies, be well-versed in the latest digital marketing trends, and have a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging and effective content across various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
SEO and SEM: Manage and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic.
Social Media Management: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of social media campaigns to enhance brand presence and engagement. Stay current on social media trends and best practices.
Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis, to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product teams, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in digital marketing software and tools, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
