Mission/ Core purpose of the Job: (Short description)
This role is a technical analyst position in the Change and Release Management Area which is part of the wider Service Management function. The Change Management Analyst assesses changes and releases, identifies potential technical issues that could have impact. They need to prevent the occurrence of any Priority 1 incidents caused by change, and ensure lessons are learnt in the event of any issues to continue improving service.
Task Complexity:

Task Complexity:
- Support ensuring change is enabled and controlled across all environments and across a multi supplier ecosystem
- Review the risk & impact analysis in changes to ensure that appropriate actions have been planned to minimize both the risk of failure and the impact on customers during change implementation.
- Ensure that the timing of implementations does not conflict with other planned changes or event.
- Enforce change freeze and maintenance windows in line with the demands of the business
- Attend and input to the Change Advisory Board ensuring stakeholder acceptance of all in-scope change.
