Job Description:
In this job position, you have to receive the problem or challenge, investigate, provide a solution and finally solve the problem with teamwork. Documenting, training users, tracking problems of other teams as a link between users and other IT departments, planning and tracking continuous improvement, etc. are among the most important demands of the company from this job position.
Abilities :
Install, implement, maintenance, Support and upgrade of any IT system and infrastructure.
Ability in DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, various windows OS for clients, Windows server, File Server, Office 365 management and various virtual services.
Familiar with Router, Switch, access point, NVR, IP Camera.
Ability in troubleshooting and problem-solving approach by providing solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers
ability Working with ERP and various software within organizations
Ability to implement and support VOIP with priority isable.
Ability in team working, self management, problem management, risk management and higher learning character.
